For a major advertising and marketing firm serving clients in the
Raleigh-Durham area, Mr. Spano developed a marketing plan for a
regional automobile rental company that, when implemented, resulted in
a 56% increase in sales for the client.
The company consulted a nationally recognized educational publisher.
The Character Development Group
on multimedia production and joint ventures with several with national
media producers. This initiative moved a formerly traditional print
media company into multimedia.
In 1994, he managed the advertising and
marketing for the Artsplosure Spring Jazz and Art Festival. In
addition to recruiting and selecting professionals to provide creative
elements for the festival's various marketing materials, Mr. Spano
supervised an inventive, effective print, collateral, radio,
television, publicity and specialty advertising campaign for the
festival.
