In 1994, he managed the advertising and marketing for the Artsplosure Spring Jazz and Art Festival. In addition to recruiting and selecting professionals to provide creative elements for the festival's various marketing materials, Mr. Spano supervised an inventive, effective print, collateral, radio, television, publicity and specialty advertising campaign for the festival.
